Catalina (Maria Adelaida Puerta) is a 17 years old girl, who decides to sell her body. She grows up with a single parent. Her brother is a killer who works for a drug trafficker.
She dreams of a luxurious life, but is not beautiful enough to attract and seduce a rich man who sees her as his favorite lover.
Tired of her poverty, Catalina decides to change her physical appearance through plastic surgery and begin a new life.
She is beaten which causes her to lose her baby and from then on she becomes a professional sexual worker. She sells her body to make money to get a breast implant and become a bosomy woman. Unfortunately, after 5 surgeries, she get depress and commit suicide.
